There has been reports of sharks being caught all over South Jersey. Any type, from your normal sand sharks to hammerheads and even bull sharks. Please use extreme caution with these animals. They are fun to catch but some can be pretty unpredictable. Best baits to use are bunker, mackeral, chum, and even bluefish chunks. Have fun and be careful.

What a fun fish to catch. There is quite the variety of sharks inside the back bays and inlets recently. Chris Sicurella and Gary Hess caught a monster brown shark estimating near 200 lbs and 8 ft long. Go to our facebook page for more photos.

20 triggerfish caught in Great Bay on clam up to 4 lb 8oz

A man from Egg Harbor City hooked into large shark in a  boat close to the Brigantine bridge and it bit through his 80lb wire leader,the sharks are in close probably snacking on spot and flounder and anything else they can find.If i here more stories about sharks  i will post them here.

A man was bitten and hospitalized after being attcked by a great white shark at Cape Cod Beach he will be ok and is not in any danger of loseing any limbs.Local officials say there are a lot of grey seals in area and the shark mistook the man for one,luckily for him the shark realeased him.
